Scott is involved with Society of Industrial and Office Realtors, Tournament of Roses, Founder of Good Christian Men of Pasadena and is on the Board for Institute for the Redesign of Learning and Westmoreland Academy. Scott resides in Altadena with his wife and 3 children.



Deborah K. Luedy

Deborah has been in the real estate industry for over 30 years. She has an in-depth background in banking and with family offices. Most cash raise transactions range from $5M – $250MM. Deborah spent nearly 15 years overseeing U.S. domestic operations including profit & loss and company-wide policies and procedures for a corporate short-term housing and multi-family management company with revenues of over $500 Million. She is as a former registered representative with AIG Financial Services and One World Financial. She is a certified CMBS Forensic Loan Auditor; graduate of the Investment Banking Institute; holds the Certified Property Management (CPM) designation; and is a licensed Broker in the State of California – BRE# 01076984. She has served as a volunteer for National Foundation for Teaching Entrepreneurs (NFTE) for disadvantaged high school student and a former member of the Advisory Board, University of Southern California (USC) for urban redevelopment. Deborah and her family reside in Studio City, CA.

Paul D. Daze

In his four decades in real estate, Paul has gained experience in most areas of expertise in the industry. He started his career at CBRE, the largest real estate company in the world.
Paul joined Century Park Partners in 1999, where he extended his experience in management, acquisitions, dispositions, due diligence, tenant relations, construction oversight, and financial analysis. Not a believer in an “arm’s length” approach with his investors, Paul made it his purpose to ensure his clients’ goals were attained. Paul founded PND Consultants in 2013 and brings his unique career proficiency to benefit his clients on every level. From analysis, to management, to positioning real estate assets.
